The beach was incredibly beautiful and the

hotel staff were always willing to help, which made our stay enjoyable. However, I did find the room cleaning service a bit rushed. Nonetheless, the food options were diverse, and the pools well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment overall.

The beach here is fine. Truly one of the best I've seen! Our family loved the spotless pool, and the staff was super polite throughout. The room was enormous and perfect for our needs. It's a great spot to disconnect and relax. 🍹

A memorable beach escape

The stunning beach took our breath away each day, while the friendly staff, especially Hamada and Ehab, ensured we always felt welcomed. The service truly was top-notch!

Jaz Crystal, Almaza Bay exceeded expectations during my work stay. The accommodations were impressive, especially the room with a view of the pool, which was impeccably clean. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the dining options. the food was diverse and delicious, ensuring that there was always something appealing to enjoy.

The hotel is somewhat remote, which could be a downside for some.

Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were quite unhelpful and dismissive when I sought assistance. Additionally, the rooms felt outdated, and the cleanliness left much to be desired despite daily housekeeping. I was particularly disappointed with the bathroom facilities, which looked very old and uncomfortable to use.

I was utterly disappointed, the rooms were outdated and full of grime. I woudl ve been thrilled with an upgrade or, at the very least, a complimentary gesture after such a stay. The staff at reception were extremelly rude—truly shocking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Yo, the staff were ace! Shoutout to Injy and Doha for hooking us up with a romantic cake—total surprise! Rooms were spotless, and the beach? That view hit different every mornin’. Food was solid too, Chef Ahmed Elsayed knew what he was doin’. Can’t wait to come back next season!

Recommend it for families seeking relaxation

The atmosphere here is fantastic, you can stroll 20 meters from the pool to the beautiful sea. I loved that the restaurants had a great mix of food, and the kids were always excited to try something new at Pier 88.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for the overall experience.

Our stay was unforgettable—Samir’s room service was a feast of American and continental breakfasts that made us feel at home, and Ahmed el Kholy turned every meal into a delightful experience. Only downside was the remoteness of the location.

The beach is stunning, and we loved the spotless pool! Our family felt so welcomed, especially with those beach towels ready in our room.
